Richard H.P. Chang served as our Chairman from 2001 to April 2004. Mr. Chang served as our Vice Chairman from 1996 to 2001. Mr. Chang is also the Vice Chairman and President of ASE Inc. He holds a degree in industrial engineering from Chung-Yuan University in Taiwan. Mr. Chang is the brother of Jason C.S. Chang, our Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. |
