His firm has achieved 28 International Echo Awards under his leadership and his work is recognized by experts at Harvard, UC Berkeley and DePaul University and has been featured in numerous publications.

Richard serves on the Business Advisory Council for the University of Oregon’s Lundquist College of Business. He serves on the board of directors for EkaTetra Technology and Document Command. Richard holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Oregon. He resides in Portland, Oregon with his wife, family and golden retriever and takes to the river in his kayak whenever he can.
