Richard E. Mahmarian is President and CEO of Control Solutions Inc., a software solutions provider to the Factory Automation Industry. He is also the Managing Member/CEO of REM Associates, LLC a private investment and consulting service's company.
Mr. Mahmarian has extensive operational and management experience in starting or buying and building successful small- to medium-sized private and public companies through acquisitions and internal growth including Alpha Microsystems(Nasdaq), Verification Systems International and RJS. Mr. Mahmarian is serving on and has previously served on several public and private corporate boards.
Earlier in his career, he held various executive management positions with Bell & Howell Company, Northrop Corporation and NCR Corporation. Mr. Mahmarian has a BA Degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Upsala College and a MBA from Seton Hall University He was most recently Chairman of the Board of FieldConnect, Inc.a spin off from Alpha Microsystems, LLC, where he was the Chairman and CEO. Alpha Microsystems, LLC was a manufacturer of computer systems and software networks. |
