Mr. Scott is a partner in the Firm’s Bankruptcy Group. He focuses his practice on bankruptcy litigation; representing secured creditors and unsecured creditors, trustees and debtors. He also represents financial institutions and other companies in various forms of commercial litigation, including creditors’ rights actions, in state and federal courts. He has developed significant expertise in the management of cases under Chapter 11, particularly in plan confirmation process and the administration of sales under Bankruptcy Code Section 363.
