Richard is a business professional with 34 years experience in mechanical engineering design, design build construction management and custom residential site development. He has served as an expert witness in cases that involved extensive court time and mediation over a 4-year period. The litigation in these actions included structural failures and wrongful termination (construction contracts). He has developed 6.6 acres of land located in south Phoenix into a 12 lot custom home development, which was part of the Greater Phoenix Infill Program, and created a new focus for residential development in the south Phoenix area. Richard was the founder and CEO of the largest single discipline consulting mechanical engineering firm in Denver, Colorado.
