Richard D. Rosenbloom graduated from the Columbia University School of Law and Cornell University. He served as a Justice of the New York State Supreme Court and as a Judge of the Family Court. He is engaged in private arbitration and mediation and serves as Chair of the Firm’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice Group. He is a member of the Panel of Neutrals of American Arbitration Association, Empire Mediation & Arbitration, National Arbitration & Mediation, National Arbitration Forum, NASD, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority for National Association of Securities Dealers, and Resolute Systems. He also serves as a Judicial Hearing Officer in the Supreme Court and the Court of Claims and is a past President of the Monroe County Bar Association. He served in the House of Delegates of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association and is a member of the Character & Fitness Committee for the Seventh Judicial District. |
