Richard C. Ford has been a Director of the Company since its inception in 1988. He served as President of the Company from its inception in 1988 until April 1997 and as Chief Executive Officer and Treasurer until June 1997. He also served as Secretary of the Company from its inception until August 1996. Mr.
Ford resigned from the Company in 1997 but returned to the Company as President in April 1998 and in January 1999, was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors and appointed Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Ford was also a Director of TF Purifiner Ltd. through July 17, 1997 at which time he resigned, and was
re-appointed in 1999, currently serving as a Director on the Board of Puradyn, Ltd. On October 23, 2006, Mr. Ford stepped down from the position of CEO of the Company, currently serving on the Board as Vice-Chairman. |
