Ric Clark has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Brookfield Properties Corporation since 2002. Prior to this position Ric was President and Chief Executive of Brookfield's U.S. commercial operations. Ric has been with Brookfield and its predecessor companies since 1984 in various senior roles including Chief Operating Officer Executive Vice President and Director of Leasing.
Ric is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York's Executive Committee and Board of Governors and is a member of the Executive Committee of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT). Ric has served as chairman of the Real Estate Roundtable's Tax Policy Advisory Committee. He is a long-time board member of the Mental Health Association of New York City. Ric holds a business degree from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and received his designation as a Certified Public Accountant in 1982. |
