Mr. Kertson was elected to our Board of Directors in August 2004. Since November 2000, he has been a Director of Varco International, Inc., a NYSE-listed equipment manufacturer and service provider for the oilfield industry, and serves as Chairman of its Audit Committee. Mr. Kertson retired from Varco International in February 2000 after nearly 27 years with the company, including 16 years as Chief Financial Officer. His experience also includes other senior-level staff and management positions in information systems at finance and industrial companies. Mr. Kerston earned his A.B. degree in Economics at Los Angeles’ Occidental College in 1961 and his M.B.A. degree in Finance from University of California at Berkeley in 1963. |
