Mr. Petrocelli is a Managing Director and the Chief Financial Officer of Saratoga Partners. He holds directorships with several Saratoga portfolio companies including Data Return, Advanced Lighting, CommSoft and STC Wireless Resources. Mr. Petrocelli was formerly a director of Sericol.
Mr. Petrocelli, 38, joined the firm in 1998 from Gabelli Asset Management, Inc. At Gabelli, Mr. Petrocelli was a vice president in the corporate finance department with a primary focus on the company’s alternative investment business. Prior to that, he was a senior accountant at BDO Siedman.
Mr. Petrocelli graduated with a BS from Georgetown University in 1990 and earned an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business in 1999. He is a Certified Public Accountant |
