Rick Pelini is vice president and treasurer for Lexmark International, Inc. He is responsible for corporate financing, cash and foreign exchange management, banking relations, risk management, corporate credit, and relationships with the credit-rating agencies.
Pelini became vice president and treasurer in July 2003. He previously was assistant treasurer for Lexmark from 1991 to 1998. In 1998 he joined Cincinnati-based Convergys Corp., where he held the positions of assistant treasurer and vice president/treasurer before his most recent role as senior vice president of finance for an operating subsidiary of the global software and services company. His financial experience also includes positions in the chemical industry.
Pelini holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and a master’s in business administration, both from the University of Pittsburgh. |
