Mr. Baltz was named Vice President - Internal Audit in April 2004. He served as Director Internal Audit from July 2003 until April 2004. From May 2001 to July 2003 Mr. Baltz was employed as Director Management Assurance Services with KPMG LLP where he performed outsourced internal audit and risk assessment services. From 1995 to May 2001 Mr. Baltz held financial management roles in both public and privately held companies. He is a Certified Public Accountant a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants the Institute of Internal Auditors and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He is a member of the Board of Directors and the Finance Committee of the St. Louis Center for Hearing and Speech.
