With over 20 years of experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Rich works with his individual tax and personal financial planning clients on their financial planning, tax planning, and tax return preparation. His experience includes minimizing federal and state tax liabilities, income tax projections, analyzing alternatives, identifying and researching complex tax issues, representing clients before the IRS and the Franchise Tax Board, comprehensive personal financial planning, retirement planning, cash flow planning, and stock option planning. Current clients include high net worth individuals, corporate executives, venture capitalists, and retirees.
