Richard Leever is a Senior Consultant with WaterburyGroup. Richard has conducted executive search assignments in numerous industry verticals to include: Aerospace and Defense, Consumer Products, Capital Equipment, Manufacturing, Packaged Goods and Printing industry verticals. Though a generalist by nature, Richard has particular focus and specialization within the Human Resource and Executive Management functional disciplines.

Prior to joining WaterburyGroup, Richard held positions of increasing responsibility in the Human Resources profession with several Fortune® 500 companies within the manufacturing, service, packaged goods, and aerospace industry sectors. There, his corporate initiatives were centered on leading the human resource function and management of the recruiting function. Richard also served on several corporate international recruiting assignments to include: England, Australia, the Pacific Rim, Mexico and Canada.

Richard earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Miami University. Richard is also a Certified Master Trainer in Targeted Selection ®.
