Dr. Kelnhofer manages KDL’s Strategic Engineering team. Prior to this role, he was Director of Operations at Norlight and was accountable for the day to day operations and reliability of Norlight's optical transmission systems and NOC. Dr. Kelnhofer has worked as a Senior Research Scientist for Rockwell Automation and as an engineer for Midwestern Relay Company (MRC), designing analog and digital microwave communication systems. He is an adjunct faculty member at Marquette University, teaching undergraduate and graduate level courses in Communication Systems, Information and Coding Theory, and Signal Processing. Dr. Kelnhofer received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and has a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University. He is a Professional Engineer registered in the State of Wisconsin. |
