Rich Ellinger is a 15 year Silicon Valley tech veteran with a strong track record of advancing new product offerings to leadership positions in their category. Prior to joining Jobfox, Rich was the co-founder and Vice President of Engineering for Saba, the leader in Human Capital Management solutions. Rich was one of the two original architects of Saba's suite of product offerings and holds a patent for the Saba technology. Between 1997 and 2006 Rich was instrumental in growing the company to over 500 employees and nearly $100 million in annual revenue, helping secure customer contracts with Global 500 companies, such as Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, BMW, Cisco Systems, DaimlerChrysler, Dell, Deloitte Touché, FedEx Kinko's, Lockheed Martin, National Australia Bank, Procter & Gamble, and Wyndham International. Rich started his career in development at Oracle Corporation working on a next generation "Universal Inbox" and has also worked as a consultant and advisor at leading companies such as Hewlett Packard. Rich completed his formal education at Stanford University, where he earned a B.S. in Computer Science, a B.A. in Political Science and a M.S. in computer science. |
