Rich's experience spans government and non-profit public service in the field of developmental disabilities. He has held various positions in Mosaic's legacy organization Bethphage since 1991. When Mosaic was formed, he was named Senior Vice President for Advocacy.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Western Illinois University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Illinois. |
