Rhonda Black Manager of Customer Care As Manager of Customer Care, Rhonda coordinates support for LookAhead users, oversees the company's user documentation, manuals and tutorials, and coordinates SA's training courses and seminars. Bringing all these areas under the same person results in a high-quality and consistent experience for our users. Rhonda began her career in the oil and gas industry in Midland, Texas, managing oil and gas leases and mineral acquisition projects for drilling efforts in Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma. In 1993, she returned to New Mexico where she managed the contractual process for development land sales and, subsequently, land and home sales in Santa Fe. The common denominator of the contractual process in both oil and gas, and real estate was the challenge of explaining lengthy, complicated contracts to people who were not familiar with that particular business. Later, Rhonda worked as a researcher and technical writer in the areas of financial acumen, product launch and sales force software at CommodiCast, Inc. in Santa Fe. Rhonda received her BA in Finance from University of Texas Permian Basin.
