Mr. Ritenour is an associate in the Firm’s Litigation Group. He focuses his practice on commercial litigation with a concentration on intellectual property and business tort litigation. Mr. Ritenour also practices on the Firm’s Government Relations and Regulated Industries team where he represents clients before the Virginia General Assembly and other governmental bodies in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Prior to joining LeClairRyan, Mr. Ritenour served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jackson L. Kiser, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia. Prior to law school, Mr. Ritenour was the Special Assistant to the Director of Policy in the Office of Virginia Governor Mark R. Warner.
