As a member of the firm’s Life Sciences Practice, Rhian specializes in conducting assignments for senior-level commercial and R&D executives. Among the clients she serves are premier pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, diagnostics, and health care services clients located in Europe and North America. She has identified talent for general management, non-executive members and chairmen of boards of directors, and senior positions responsible for key operations and functions. Rhian’s practice includes a concentration in assisting health care services organizations in the private sector. She helps these enterprises identify senior talent to enhance competitiveness. During Rhian’s search career, she has been affiliated with Korn/Ferry International’s Life Sciences Practice and two boutique firms. Most recently, she was a member of the Whitehead Mann Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Practice. Rhian is a graduate of Oxford Brookes University. She is fluent in French and has worked abroad.
