Rex M. Dendinger II is the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for CareGuide and brings over 25 years experience in information technology and general management to the CareGuide organization. Prior to Joining CareGuide, Mr. Dendinger was CIO for Magellan Health Services where he was responsible for technology strategy and operations for a $100 million leader in the managed care industry. In this position he re-engineered multiple departments, improved service levels, increased productivity, and improved operating efficiencies. Mr. Dendinger has served as interim CEO and CIO at a number of firms, providing vital expertise to start-up organizations, executive leadership to a regional claims administration firm, and supporting merger and acquisition transactions. |
