Since 1985, Ms. Barnow has been involved in proposals at many stages of the proposal lifecycle ranging from pre-release to post-submission (e.g., lessons learned). She has performed all aspects of the proposal development process from management; to writing management and past performance volumes and technical sections; and designing, developing, and coaching orals presentations. Proposals Ms. Barnow has supported have been submitted to federal, state, and local governments as well as foreign countries. Business areas of proposals on which she has worked include systems, hardware, software, and services (Federal Enterprise Architecture).
Ms. Barnow has prepared successful proposals for the Departments of the Navy, Marine Corps, Army and Air Force; U. S. Coast Guard; the Department of Treasury and Justice. Her winning proposals have included defense and civil agency communications networks. Ms. Barnow has also provided consulting services in strategic planning and marketing, in designing and developing corporate marketing materials.
