Dr. Renee Bellamy Booth is the President of Leadership Solutions Inc. a human resources consulting firm specializing in leadership assessment development and motivation. Prior to founding Leadership Solutions Inc. in 1999 Dr. Booth was the Eastern Regional Practice Leader for the Human Capital Group of Watson Wyatt Worldwide. Prior to this position Dr. Booth held the position of Senior Vice President Corporate Human Resources for ADVANTA Corporation a financial services company in the Philadelphia area from 1996-1998. Prior to joining ADVANTA Dr. Booth spent twelve years with the Greater Philadelphia Consulting Group for Hay Management Consultants. Positions included Vice President and General Manager. Dr. Booth holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland at College Park. She received her Master’s and Ph.D. degrees in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the Pennsylvania State University in 1986. |
