Dr. René Juchler, Chairman and CFO, born 1963, is a Swiss citizen and lives in the Principality of Liechtenstein since 1973. He began studying business administration at the famous University of St. Gallen in 1986. At the same time, he built up the computer trading company JUCOM (including several branches) in Switzerland. He sold the computer company in 1991 and resumed his university studies, subsequently graduating in 1994 with a degree in law from the University of Zurich.
Dr. Juchler then worked for 3 years as a research assistant for the Civil Law Faculty in Zurich, where he received his doctorate degree in 1998 after writing a thesis on the execution of wills.
During his studies in St. Gallen as well as in Zurich, he served as a board member in various student organizations. In 1998, he was elected as a board member of the Swiss-Croatian Chamber of Commerce.
As of 1998, he worked at the District Court of Zurich with special responsibilities for the administration of the court. He composed several significant verdicts in leasing, criminal and business law.
In 2001, he joined the headquarters of Credit Suisse at Paradeplatz in Zurich, where he provided financial and legal advice to high net worth individuals from Germany as a strategic relationship manager, private banking.
At the end of 2003, he founded the company JUCOM Dr. Juchler Management Services in Liechtenstein where he offers on- and offshore company services, asset management services and the world-wide establishing of investment funds. He is a specialist in financing and commodities, especially in the precious metal markets.
