Regina Heffernan is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Administration for Keystone Mercy. She provides leadership and management of the Company's Human Resources activities in Philadelphia and affiliated plans in the Lehigh/Capital and Northeast regions of Pennsylvania, Charleston, South Carolina, Louisville, Kentucky, Indianapolis, Indiana, and Fort Lauderdale, Florida. As Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Administration, Ms. Heffernan is responsible for strategy development, recruitment and staffing, learning and development, compensation and benefits as well as organizational development and change management for the Company's 1,500 associates.
Ms. Heffernan has more than 20 years experience in human resources, benefits management and organizational development as well as change management. Prior to joining Keystone Mercy, she was the Director of Human Resources for CoreTech Consulting Group. |
