Mr. Kyle joined the Celera Partners advisory board to help the company maximize future growth via both organic growth and acquisitions requiring financial engineering and capital formation expertise. Reggie is the Managing Partner of e-bitda, LLC, an investment banking advisory firm with its head office in New York City and an office in Toronto. e-bitda's expertise and clients are in the technology and niche manufacturing. e-bitda's seasoned team works with middle market companies to create quickly executable solutions to the complex financing issues found in young and emerging companies. Transaction sizes normally range between $5MM to $25MM and are primarily funded by institutional investors. Reggie has over 13 years of investment banking experience. Prior to starting his own firm and merging into e-bitda, Reggie spent five years in Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley & Co., Incorporated in New York and San Francisco. While at Morgan Stanley, Reggie conducted numerous enterprise valuations and analyzed various refinancing alternatives for a client base consisting of Fortune 500, middle market, and small private clients in a variety of industries. Also during his career, Reggie structured, negotiated, and raised over $1 billion of financing for clients such as Kodak, Exxon, Detroit Edison, and Weyerhaeuser. In addition, he arranged a number of other capital market products for these and other clients. Reggie holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Civil Engineering and Business Administration from the University of Tennessee. He also earned an MBA in Finance from New York University's Leonard Stern School of Business. |
