Regan Shulman practices in federal and state courts, as well as before arbitration tribunals. Her practice covers a range of areas, including complex commercial matters, land use, HMO liability, insurance and reinsurance coverage, co-op litigation, bankruptcy litigation and employment discrimination. She has tried jury and non-jury cases and argued appeals.
