As head of the Bay Area Tranfer Pricing practice, working out of both the Pleasanton and Palo Alto offices, her areas of expertise within intercompany pricing include acquisition/integration planning, global compliance and planning, intellectual property valuation and migration, and audit support. Ms. Curd has played a significant role in successful intercompany pricing audits involving negotiations with the Canadian, French, Japanese, U.K., and U.S. taxing authorities.
