Business Litigation
Rebekah W. Francis is an associate at the Firm who brings real world finance experience into her practice of law. She has an MBA in finance and worked as a controller for a hospital before entering law school. Ms. Francis focuses her practice primarily on complex civil litigation on behalf of corporations, governments and individuals. Her experience includes representation in both litigation and transactional matters.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Francis developed business acumen as a controller for a start-up psychiatric hospital in California. She gained substantial experience in auditing, preparing financial reports, developing financial strategies and analyzing the success of those decisions. She has a solid knowledge base of how corporations are organized and conduct business. Rebekah was frequently called up to quickly spot issues, develop solutions and implement changes that affected multiple departments. As a problem-solver, Ms. Francis has analytical insight, industry knowledge and fortitude in making decisions.
