Ms. Visosky is an associate at Carrington Coleman. She primarily practices in the area of business litigation including products liability defense, contract disputes, business torts, and employment matters and has represented clients in the technology, credit card, postal automation, mortgage servicing, banking, insurance and oil & gas industries. She has been named by Texas Monthly magazine as a Rising Star for 2005, 2006 and 2007. Ms. Visosky has handled a wide range of cases from their inception to final disposition including summary judgment, confirmed arbitration awards, trial verdict, appeal, settlement and post-judgment collection. Her courtroom experience includes a federal jury trial through to verdict and serving as lead counsel in evidentiary hearings, state court bench trials and bankruptcy adversary proceedings. She has also assisted in the management of state-wide litigation for a national mortgage servicing company, which involved litigating and resolving twenty to thirty cases at any one time. She is a member of the Texas Bar and admitted to practice before the United States District Courts in the Northern, Southern, Western and Eastern Districts of Texas and Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. |
