Rebecca L. Schuster is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm's Boston office. Rebecca has represented venture capital firms and both private and public companies in the biotechnology and other high-technology industries. Her practice focuses on general corporate law, securities law, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital financing transactions. Rebecca has extensive experience in advising public companies on Exchange Act reporting requirements and general corporate governance matters.
