Rebecca L. Campillo assumed the position of Secretary of the Company in June 2004. Mrs. Campillo began her tenure with the Company in December 1996 as Executive Assistant to the President and was recently elevated to Director of Corporate Operations. Mrs. Campillo acquired her organizational skills through her administrative positions at various companies from June 1983 through December 1996.
