Raymond Zanca, Senior Vice President Acquisitions, where his responsibilities include; identifying potential acquisitions, negotiating purchase and transaction execution for acquisitions, and directing the asset disposition process for GK Development, Inc. Prior to his tenure, Zanca was Vice President at CB Richard Ellis, Inc. where he managed the investment sales of office property assets, participating in the sale of over $1.2 billion in total assets, with property size ranging from $1 million to $220 million, during the course of his eleven year career with the firm. Previously, Zanca was a Vice President with a New York based appraisal firm. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The University of Connecticut. Zanca is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. |
