Mr. Johnson serves as national director (the leader of) our Deloitte engagement. He oversees and is directly involved in the entire project from an operational, strategic and client service perspective. The engagement is across all functional areas and geographic regions covering the entire US for this member of the "big four" global accounting firms. Before joining CMS in November 2000, Mr. Johnson spent 36 years in the commercial and retail banking industry culminating in 17 years as President and Director of a state banking corporation he co-founded. As a financial consultant to a billion dollar banking corporation he was involved directly with senior management in executive coaching, budgeting and client relationships as to their impact on the performance of the bank. He has also owned and operated retail businesses. Ray attended the University of Maryland in Munich, Germany and Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. |
