Raymond Cohen joined the Board in May 2006. Mr. Cohen currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Laguna Hills, CA-based Symphony Medical, Inc., a venture capital backed privately-held developer of biologic solutions for the treatment of cardiac conduction abnormalities. Mr. Cohen is also a director of Cardiac Science Corporation (NASDAQ: CSCX), where he served as Chief Executive Officer for nine years, and as Chairman from September 2005 through October 2006. Mr. Cohen also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Syncroness, Inc., a privately-held contract engineering and product development firm based in Westminster, CO. He is a member of the Advisory Board for the College of Osteopathic Medicine, Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, CA. |
