Mr. Cirz is currently Chief Executive Officer of Integra Realty Resources, Inc., the largest real estate valuation and consulting firm in the United States. Mr. Cirz has a B.S. Degree in Business Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University and is a graduate of New York University’s Real Estate Institute. Mr. Cirz is a recognized national expert in the commercial real estate field and has lectured at New York University as well as many professional and educational organizations. He has been interviewed by many national publications including the New York Times, Wall Street Journal and Bloomberg News and has had articles published in the Appraisal Journal and Shopping Center World. Mr. Cirz holds the MAI designation awarded by the Appraisal Institute as well as the CRE designation of the prestigious Counselors of Real Estate. With over 30 years of experience, Mr. Cirz has a particular expertise in retail properties having valued well over 200 regional malls. |
