Raymond L. Ocampo Jr. joined Intraware's Board in November 2003 and brings nearly 30 years of corporate governance and legal experience in information technology companies. Ocampo served more than 10 years as Oracle Corporation's chief legal counsel before retiring in 1996 as the company's Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary. Ocampo co-founded and served as Executive Director of the Berkeley Center for Law & Technology and currently serves on the boards of PMI Group, Inc. (PMI), CytoGenix, Inc. (CYGX) and Pinpoint Solutions Corporation. He previously served on the boards of Vantive Corporation and Teamscape Corporation (before their separate acquisitions by PeopleSoft, Inc.) and Spruce Technologies, Inc. (before its acquisition by Apple Computer, Inc.). Ocampo received his undergraduate degree from U.C.L.A. and his law degree from Boalt Hall School of Law at U.C. Berkeley. |
