Raymond J. Pacini 52 has been a Director President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since May 1998. From June 1992 until April 1998 he was Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Company. From June 1990 until June 1992 he was Managing Director and Controller of the Company. From December 1986 until January 1990 he was Director of Financial Reporting for The Henley Group Inc. in Hampton NH. From September 1979 until December 1986 he was a CPA with Coopers & Lybrand in Boston MA. Mr. Pacini received an A.B. from Colgate University in 1977 and an M.B.A. from Cornell University in 1979. Mr. Pacini also serves on the Board of Directors of Cadiz Inc. which manages water resources in California and he is the chairman of that company's audit committee. |
