Fraymond G. Viault, age 62, has been a member of the Board of Directors since December 15, 2004. He was Vice Chairman of General Mills Inc. from 1996 to 2004, when he retired. Before joining General Mills, Mr. Viault had a 20-year career with Kraft General Foods, serving in a variety of senior marketing and general management positions, including president of Kraft Jacobs Suchard and president of Maxwell House Coffee Co. He is also a director of Cadbury Schweppes, PLC, Newell Rubbermaid Inc. and VF Corporation. |
