Ray is a senior partner of Krugliak, Wilkins, Griffiths & Dougherty Co., L.P.A. His practice focuses in labor law, general corporate law, professional corporate law, estate planning and probate matters.
Ray received his B.A., from Bethany College, Bethany, West Virginia in 1954, and his Juris Doctorate degree from Western Reserve University Law School in 1957. He was a member of the Law Review and graduated with honors, Order of Coif. Ray was elected into the membership of the Society of Benchers of the Law School for outstanding contribution to the school and his community.
Ray has been practicing law in the Stark County area since 1958 when he joined Samuel Krugliak in forming the law firm. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association as well as the Stark County Bar Association where he serves on the Corporate Law Committee.
He has been active in various civic organizations serving as a board member for the American Red Cross, the Stark County Law Library, the Stark County District Public Library, State of Ohio Public Library, and Family Services of Stark County.
Ray has also served as an instructor at Walsh University, Canton, Ohio, teaching Business Law and Labor Law.
