Mr. Newman is an experienced civil and commercial attorney who has been practicing in Florida since 1988. He is the attorney in charge of the Panhandle region for the Firm. He concentrates his practice in Condominium and Homeowner Association Law, regularly representing Association boards on all issues relating to association management and operation including lien foreclosures and covenant enforcement. Activities & Memberships Mr. Newman is a member of The Florida Bar, the Alabama State Bar, the Okaloosa-Walton Bar Association and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. He also is a member of the North Gulf Coast Chapter of the Community Associations Institute and serves as its legal counsel. Mr. Newman is a frequent lecturer on community association issues and is a certified instructor with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation where he teaches condominium and cooperative courses on behalf of the Community Associations Institute. |
