As vice president of client services Ray Polanco ensures the customers' experience with Lyris is positive and productive. He has a proven track record in professional services and customer support to develop and manage new service offerings and align Lyris’ services business strategy with the company’s sales model. Polanco joined Lyris from Pinnacle Systems/Avid Technology where he directed technical services and support. Prior to that he led the support team at Zhone Technologies and held related positions at Ascend Communications (Lucent Technologies) Madge Networks and IBM. Polanco holds a bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from San Jose State University and holds various technical leadership and management certificates.
