Ray Coufal provides more than 12 years of experience in accounting and finance for both public and private companies. As Vice President of Finance for FuelQuest, Ray oversees all risk management, investment, and merger and acquisition activities as well as the day-to-day financial accounting of the corporation and its subsidiaries. Prior to joining FuelQuest, Ray managed the accounting department for Input/Output, Inc. where he was responsible for all internal and external financial reporting and was the financial lead of all due diligence and assimilation phases for numerous acquisitions of both domestic and foreign operations. Input/Output, Inc. is a NYSE listed, international, high-tech designer and manufacturer of equipment for the seismic industry. Ray began his career in audit at KPMG LLP serving public and private clients primarily in the manufacturing, high-tech, energy (including exploration and production, pipeline, and gas processing), oil field services, data processing and transportation industries. Ray graduated with Highest Honors from Texas A&M University where he earned his BBA degree in Accounting. |
