Ray originates transactions on the West Coast. Prior to joining ORIX Venture Finance, he was a Director for Greyrock Capital, the venture finance arm of Bank of America. During his three-year tenure at Greyrock, Ray was responsible for managing a team of underwriters for all new business, evaluating technology and business models,building a portfolio of $300 million in venture debt. Prior to Greyrock, he worked with Foothill Capital Corporation, an asset-based lender, in account management and underwriting capacities. Ray is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a B.A. in economics. |
