Ray Acton, Principal of Donaldson, Holman & West, P.C., has over 22 years of experience in public accounting and devotes most of his time to providing tax planning, compliance and consulting services to corporations, tax exempt organizations and high income individuals. Ray currently serves as the Principal-in-Charge of the firm's tax services division. His industry experience includes automotive dealerships, real estate, timber, professional services, financial institutions and not-for-profit organizations. He has written numerous articles on accounting and tax issues affecting financial institutions. Ray also has extensive experience in planning for special situations such as mergers, buy-outs, liquidations and other business capital transactions.
