Ray joined Zachary Scott in October of 1994. During his tenure, Ray has assisted on valuations, buy and sell-side merger and acquisition transactions, strategic corporate financial advisory work and financial restructurings in a wide variety of industries. Prior to joining the firm, Ray spent five years in commercial banking and real estate. During this time he specialized in real estate valuation, corporate finance, and merger and acquisition valuation of financial institutions. Prior to obtaining his graduate degree, Mr. Rezab was an engineer with Boeing. Mr. Rezab received his M.B.A. (Finance and International Business) from the University of Washington, a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Illinois, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) |
