As the Senior Vice President and Corporate Treasurer of the PMI Group, Inc., Ray D. Chang manages the corporation’s consolidated capital structure and liquidity position, directing overall cash management functions, developing and coordinating capital market negotiations and financings, and overseeing the corporation’s fixed income portfolio.
Prior to joining PMI, Chang served as Controller, Worldwide Order Fulfillment at Agilent Technologies and, prior to that, as Assistant Corporate Treasurer, managing a global team of treasury professionals. Before Agilent, Chang was Corporate Treasury Manager for Hewlett Packard, where he spearheaded treasury efforts in spinning off Agilent from HP. Chang has also held positions as Corporate Treasury Manager at Mattel, Inc. and with McDonnell Douglas Finance Corporation.
Chang is a CFA charter holder. He holds a BA from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the University of Southern California. |
