Brown is the Chairman of Board of Directors of the Company, and served as Chief Executive Officer of the Unico from 1983 to 2004. His previous employment was as follows: 1971-1983, President and Director of Ecotech Corporation; 1963-1971, President and Director of Wasatch Mineral and Construction Company; 1958-1963, President and Director of Courtesy Finance Corporation; 1955-1958, Vice President of Loans for Hometown Finance Corporation; 1950-1955, Supervisor for Pioneer Finance and Thrift Company. He was also Chairman of the Board of Energy and Corrosion Research Corporation from 1979 to 1982. He attended the University of Utah from 1944 to 1949 majoring in banking and finance. |
