Rauline Ochs is executive vice president for Sales and Marketing for Safeco. Her responsibilities include overseeing the company’s sales and marketing efforts as well as Safeco’s online strategy.
Ochs joined the company in January 2008 from Oracle where she served as senior vice president for North American Alliances and Channels. Among her accomplishments in that role were dramatically increased revenues, decreased channel conflict and the integration of sales operations of more than 30 acquired companies.
Prior to Oracle, Ochs served as senior vice president of worldwide alliances for BEA Systems, growing channel revenue by 55 percent in two years. She began her career with IBM in Orange County, Calif. Over 15 years, Ochs held numerous sales and marketing positions, rising to the role of vice president of Channels Software Sales & Marketing for the Americas.
Ochs holds an M.B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California at Irvine.
