Dr. Özcan joined ERS Group as a Consultant in 2007 and is currently working in the Emeryville office. Dr. Özcan’s engagements have encompassed a wide range of economic, antitrust, regulatory, and governance issues in a variety of industries. His areas of specialty are in auctions together with antitrust matters in the telecommunications, electricity, and natural gas industries. Dr. Özcan received his Ph.D. in Economics from Boston College. Before joining ERS Group, he was a faculty member in the Department of Economics at Northwestern University, where he taught courses on antitrust and statistics. He continues to be an active researcher especially in auctions and has presented his research at a number of academic conferences. |
